About the Rodeo Stampede - Dallas
The Rodeo Stampede leans hard into its western theme, with a costume contest, a DJ, and a kids' dash alongside the main race distances. The course runs through parks and greenbelts. Terrain details are not yet confirmed, and the exact location is still to be announced, so the surroundings are hard to picture until that drops.
At the finish, there is a rally tent with snacks and refreshments. A DJ announces runners as they cross the line, and awards are handed out on the spot. The costume contest winner is picked by crowd noise, so bringing a cheering section helps.
