About the Reynoldstown .5K Race 2026
This is a short neighborhood race held as part of a local festival in Atlanta, covering just a handful of blocks. The route runs south along Flat Shoals, bends through a couple of side streets, then picks up the Eastside Beltline Trail, passing a garden installation with a small door art piece before finishing near a bar. It is over in minutes, and costumes are genuinely part of the competition.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at the park, with a second window on race morning near the basketball court. The start and finish are both in the green space at Lang-Carson Park, alongside the community center on Flat Shoals. Awards after the race include categories for speed, best costume, and a random draw, and the whole thing sits inside a broader neighborhood festival.
