About the Race for Rest

The course runs along the Atlanta Beltline, starting and finishing at the brewery's Garage location in the West End. The route is certified as a Peachtree Road Race qualifier, and the path is wide enough for strollers and dogs. It is a road race with a charitable bent, raising money for a local furniture bank that serves families in need.

Packet pickup runs the two days before at a pair of local running stores, one in Midtown and one in Decatur, with race-morning pickup available as well. The Garage has free parking and sits on a MARTA line. After the race, there is beer from the host brewery, coffee from a local roaster, and a live music after-party at the same location.
