About the Passport to Health 5K Run/Walk
The course runs along the BeltLine Westside Trail, a paved path that cuts through the west side of Atlanta. The trail is smooth underfoot and mostly flat, which means the effort comes from pace rather than terrain. This is a race organized around a health awareness mission, and the atmosphere on course reflects that: walkers and runners share the same trail without any friction.
A vendor village and health resources set up near the start area give the morning a fair-like feel before and after the run. Healthcare organizations and community groups have tables out, so there is genuinely something to browse if you stick around after you finish.
