About the Miles for Migraine Miami
Miles for Migraine Miami takes place at Tropical Park and combines a timed run with a walk and a more relaxed participation option. The event is a fundraiser for migraine and headache awareness and research, with a portion of proceeds supporting a local headache center. A festival area with speakers and sponsors gives the morning a gathering feel beyond the course itself.
Runners and walkers are encouraged to wear purple, and there is a prize for the best outfit. The festival area opens things up after the run, so the finish line is not really the end of the morning.
