About the Lucky Leprechaun 7K Run/Walk & The Lucky Charm 1 Miler
The course runs through Wauwatosa and starts and finishes at Hart Park, a historic spot that gives the route a grounded, neighborhood feel. The terrain is described as a paradise for participants, which in practice means it is runnable for most paces. A St. Paddy's Day theme runs through the whole morning, and the post-race scene moves to a nearby bar with live music.
Packet pickup runs the afternoon before the race at a local running outfitter in Brookfield, or on race morning at Leff's Lucky Town, which is also where the post-race party happens. Both options are close enough that neither requires much planning ahead.
