About the East Atlanta Runs - The Strut 5K

The course rolls through East Atlanta's streets, which have real hills, and loops back to finish in the neighborhood's business district. It opens a larger street festival, so residents are already out setting up for the day when runners pass through, and the energy on the route reflects that.

After the race, there is an athlete's village set up near the finish with snacks, drinks, and entertainment. A mimosa station is part of the post-race spread. Proceeds from the entry fees go toward several local organizations working in and around the East Atlanta community.
