About the Blue Stone 5K-9

The course runs out and back on roads through Sandy Springs, staying mostly flat the whole way. Dogs are welcome on a short leash, and the race draws a mix of people running with and without them. Adaptive hand cycles are available to borrow for athletes who need one, which is worth knowing if that applies to you or someone you know.

Packet pickup happens the evening before at the Century East Parking Lot on Lake Forest Drive, which is also where the race starts and finishes. If you miss the evening pickup, bibs are available at the start line before the gun. Park at that same lot, and plan extra time to get through road closures.
