About the BLS Wolfpack 5K - 2026
The course runs through Franklin Park on a cross-country trail layout that the school's own athletes train and compete on. Underfoot it is natural surface, and the route has the rolling, uneven character typical of a park cross-country course rather than a road race. The surroundings are wooded parkland, and the field draws students, alumni, families, and neighborhood runners together.
Bib pickup opens at the start of the morning, with day-of registration available at the same time. Awards follow not long after the race finishes. The event is tied to Boston Latin School Athletics, so the start area has a school-community feel, with a mix of people there to race and people there to cheer someone on.
