About This Club

Stronger Together Running is a social run club in St. Louis built around coached 3-mile runs, twice a week. It's set up for beginners and all-paces runners who want structure and company rather than a race-focused training group, with strength training built into the sessions.

  • Coached runs
  • Guaranteed no one runs alone
  • Party pace vibe
  • Run coaching
  • Strength training
  • Inclusive environment

Who It Suits

This suits beginners, walkers, social runners, and anyone who wants coaching rather than just a group to keep pace with, moms have specifically found it supportive. It's not built for advanced racers, long distance runners, or trail enthusiasts, the distance is fixed at 3 miles on flat road.

What a Run With Them Is Like

Every run is 3 miles on flat road terrain, coached, with strength training worked in. The pace is described as party pace, all paces welcome, and the club guarantees no one runs alone, so however fast or slow you're moving, someone stays with you. Sundays are at 10am and Wednesdays at 6pm.

Your First Run

Message Coach Kristen on WhatsApp before you come out, that's how you get the details on where exactly to meet. Then just show up for the 3-mile run with strength training built in.

If you're worried about being too slow or showing up alone, this club's whole setup addresses that directly: no one runs alone is a guarantee, not a slogan, and walkers are welcome. There's a social atmosphere after the run too, so you're not just running and leaving.
