Who It Suits
This works well if you're a beginner, running at a social pace, or just want a low-pressure Thursday evening with a post-run beer built in. If you're training for something specific or want coached structure, this is more of a social run than a training program, though they do also offer Saturday long runs and Shamrock Half Marathon training.

Common Questions About Runaway Club
Do I have to pay or sign up before showing up?
No. The run is free and no membership is required. Just show up at Away Days Brewing at 6:30 PM on a Thursday.
What if I'm too slow for the group?
There are two pace groups: around 9-10 min/mile and around 11 min/mile. Walkers are welcome too, so you won't be left behind regardless of where you're starting from.
How far do they actually run?
It's a 5K, so roughly 3.1 miles. It starts and ends at the brewery, which makes it easy to know exactly what you're signing up for.
Do I have to buy a beer afterward?
No, but runners get 10% off drinks at Away Days if you want to stick around. The post-run hang is part of the vibe, not an obligation.
Is Thursday the only option, or do they run other days too?
Thursday evenings are the weekly run at Away Days. They also offer Saturday morning long runs and Shamrock Half Marathon training, though Thursday is the regular brewery run.
