Who It Suits
This suits beginners, social runners, and anyone in North County who wants a running habit built around daily availability rather than one weekly fixture. It's not aimed at ultra-distance training, and the rotating locations mean it's a stretch to get to regularly if you're based in South San Diego rather than North County.

What a Run With Them Is Like
Distances run from 2 to 8 miles, with some routes on roads and coastline and others on trail, plus longer training runs mixed in. Pace is open, all paces and levels are welcome, and walkers are welcome too, so the run isn't structured around one speed. Because the location changes day to day, the terrain and feel of the run changes with it, road one day, coastal or trail another.
Your First Run
Check their Instagram before you go, since the schedule and location move around by day and that's where the current run gets posted. Pick a day based on the distance or terrain that suits you, since not every run is the same length or surface.
Bring water. Walkers and all paces are explicitly welcome, so showing up without a fast base isn't a problem here, and going alone is normal for a group that runs daily across multiple towns.
