About the Miles for Migraine San Diego
Miles for Migraine is a charity run and walk set in Balboa Park, one of San Diego's most familiar green spaces. The course is open to runners and walkers alike, and there is a separate "Relax" option for those who want to take part without covering any distance. The event raises money for migraine and headache research and support programs.
The festival area has speakers and sponsor booths, so there is reason to stick around after you finish. Wearing purple fits right in, and the crowd skews toward people who have a personal connection to migraine, which gives the morning a noticeably different feel than a typical road race.
