Annual spring beer mile; brewery outs Thursdays

About This Club

Pint Striders meets Thursday nights at British Beverage Company in Dallas's Uptown neighborhood, then heads out to Katy Trail for a run before coming back for dinner and drinks. The pace range is 4-13 min/mile with walkers, injured runners, and socializers explicitly welcome, so it suits people who want the run to be one part of a bigger night out rather than the whole point.

Who It Suits

This fits social runners, beginners, trail-run fans, and anyone who wants the post-run pub scene as much as the miles, including people who plan to walk. It's not built for competitive racers chasing splits or for early morning runners, since this is a Thursday evening, beer-run-club setup through and through.

What a Run With Them Is Like

You'll walk from the brewery over to Katy Trail and cover 2 miles or 4-5 miles on a mix of trail and street. With a stated pace range of 4-13 min/mile, the group spans people who run hard and people who walk, so nobody's stuck out there alone at the back. After, it's back to the pub for dinner, drinks, raffles, and brewery swag.

Your First Run

Show up at British Beverage Company at 2909 N Henderson Ave by 6:30 PM Thursday. There's no membership or cost to join, so you just walk in, and the group heads to Katy Trail together from there.

If you're worried about being slow, the pace range runs all the way from 4 to 13 min/mile and walkers and socializers are named as welcome, so there's genuinely room for you wherever you land. Stick around after for the pub dinner and raffles, that's as much a part of the night as the run itself.
