About This Club

Fleet Feet Colorado runs weekly group runs out of Fleet Feet store locations and coffee shops around the Denver metro area, with spots at Wash Park, Aspen Grove, and Lakewood. It's backed by the retail store, so it's set up for beginners and casual runners rather than people chasing race times. The weekly runs are free and don't require membership, so you can just show up.

Who It Suits

This suits beginners, people easing back into running, and anyone who wants a casual, low-key weekly run with a coffee stop after. It's also a fit if you're curious about trying demo shoes since that's one of the perks. It's not built for trail running, ultra distances, or competitive racing, so if that's what you're after, look elsewhere.

What a Run With Them Is Like

Runs are on road and neighborhood terrain, with distance options of 3, 4, or 6 miles so you can pick shorter or longer depending on how you feel that day. All paces are welcome and walkers are explicitly fine, there's no pressure to keep up with a set pace.

Sundays meet 8:00-9:00am; Saturday times vary, so check the newsletter for that week's specifics. Afterward, people head to a local coffee or tea shop, though that part isn't included in any cost.

Your First Run

Check the weekly newsletter first since the location rotates between store sites and coffee shops, and decide ahead of time whether you want the 3 or 6 mile option. Since walkers are welcome and all paces are accommodated, you won't be the only one taking it easy or falling toward the back.

If you want the structured 8-week winter training program, that runs Dec 2025-Jan 2026 and you'd register through RunSignup for $40, but the regular weekly runs are free and don't need registration. When in doubt, a stop into the Fleet Feet store can confirm the week's details.
