About the St. Louis Track Club Marathon Relay

The course runs a horseshoe-shaped loop through Tower Grove Park, repeating it until the full marathon distance is covered. Because the route doubles back on itself, spectators can watch from the start area and catch runners again at the midpoint of each loop without moving far. The start and finish sit near a pavilion at the park's east end.

Packet pickup runs the afternoon before race day at a local running store on Tower Grove Avenue, close to the park itself. Race morning pickup is also available, but the organizers encourage picking up early. Teams are welcome to set up a tent and chairs near the course as a home base, and water and snacks are available on site.
