About the St. Louis Track Club Frostbite Series
The Frostbite Series is a winter road running series held across several mornings in Forest Park. Each race offers a shorter and a longer distance option, so you can mix and match across the series or just do the ones that fit your schedule. The park roads stay open to traffic during the races, so expect to share the route and stay alert.
Bibs are picked up the evening before the first race inside the Forest Park Visitor Center, with morning pickup also available before each start. On race day, the starting lines are near the Visitor Center, though the building itself is not available as a staging area. Portable restrooms are set up in the parking lot across the street, and water and sports drink are available at stations along the course.
