About the She is Football 5K/10K
The course runs through the AdventHealth Training Center, mixing grass and concrete surfaces as you move around what is essentially an NFL team's practice facility. Corrals are assigned by expected pace, with color-coded bibs, so the start flows in waves rather than one large pack. Strollers are welcome, placed toward the back.
No charge for parking at the venue. Packet pickup is offered before race morning, and the organizers strongly recommend taking that option since race-day lines can run long. On race morning, each participant picks up their own packet and will need a photo ID. Bag check is not available.
