About the 14th Annual Run for Ryan
The Run for Ryan begins with Thanksgiving mass at a parish, with the run and fun walk starting right after the service ends. The race grew from the community's support for Ryan McDaniel and his family during his cancer battle. The McDaniel family then created the Stay Strong Fund to extend that same support to others facing similar hardships.
There is a virtual participation option for anyone who cannot make it in person on race day, so runners outside the area can still take part and contribute to the Stay Strong Fund.
