About the Run for East Lake 5K & Fun Run

The course starts in front of Drew Charter School, heads south through the surrounding neighborhood, and then routes through East Lake Golf Club, which hosts a major professional tournament each year. It is a road race through a residential community, so the surroundings are a mix of housing, green space, and the golf course itself before looping back to the school.

Packet pickup is available the evening before at the school's main entrance, where the corner of two streets makes it easy to find. Race-morning pickup is also offered for those who cannot make the earlier window.
