About the Race for PACES 5K/10K Walk Run for Prostate Cancer
The course runs along the Westside Atlanta Beltline, starting and finishing at the Lee and White development on White Street. The route is open and urban, and the race is tied directly to a prostate cancer screening mission, so the crowd skews toward men who are there for a reason beyond the run itself.
Packet pickup the evening before is at a local running store, with race-morning pickup also available at the start site. Parking is at Lee and White and on surrounding streets; the organizers ask runners to build in extra time to park and walk over, and to respect the neighborhood.
