About the Margaritaville Run San Diego Gaslamp 10K & 5K
The course runs through the Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego's historic downtown entertainment district, on city streets. The route is urban and flat, with the energy of the neighborhood carrying you through. Both distance options share the same general area, so the surroundings stay lively the whole way.
The finish brings a post-race celebration with a Margaritaville theme, which means tropical music and the kind of atmosphere that leans more party than podium. It is a street race at heart, dressed up in a beach-bar sensibility.
