This is an evening glow run on a college campus, so the atmosphere leans heavily on lights, costumes, and team spirit rather than clock times. Prizes go to the glowiest outfit, the spookiest costume, and the most colorful gear, alongside the standard age-group awards. Proceeds support student scholarships through the campus foundation.
