About the Boston River Run
The course runs through Artesani Park along Soldiers Field Road in Brighton, staying flat the whole way and never crossing a street. That makes for a clean, uninterrupted run where you can focus on pace rather than traffic. The race benefits a student memorial fund, and the crowd often includes people who knew Andrew Graham Narcus personally.
Bib pickup is race morning, with plenty of time before the gun. There are free snacks at the finish from race sponsors, and trophies go to the top finishers in both the men's and women's fields as well as by age group.
