About the Awesome 80's Run
This is a costume race built around an era, and people take the dress code seriously. Expect neon, leg warmers, big hair, and whatever else runners have been saving in the back of the closet. The course offers a shorter and a longer distance option, both designed to be approachable for a wide range of paces.
The finish area turns into a party after the race, with classic music from the decade playing while people hang around. It reads more like a themed event that happens to involve running than a straight competition.
