About This Club

Run Beer Repeat is a Twin Cities social run club built around a simple format: 30 minutes of running, then post-run beers at the host brewery. They meet on the first and third Thursday of every month, rotating through different brewery locations across the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro and surrounding suburbs.

Who It Suits

This is a good fit if you want running to double as a social outing, especially if you enjoy trying different Twin Cities breweries. If you are looking for structured training, speed work, or a consistent weekly mileage build, this is not really that kind of club.

What a Run With Them Is Like

The run itself is about 30 minutes and covers roughly 3 miles on road and urban routes, either out-and-back or looped depending on the location. They say runners can go slower or take a shorter route, and the whole group does not have to stay together, so you run your own run. The real draw is afterward, when everyone gathers at the brewery to hang out.

Your First Run

Before you go, check where they are meeting that month, because the brewery location rotates and showing up to the wrong spot is no fun. Head to the host brewery at 6:30 pm on a first or third Thursday and you will find the group.

Coming alone is genuinely fine here, the post-run social at the bar is designed for exactly that kind of low-pressure mingling. They say all paces are welcome and walkers are too, so do not talk yourself out of going because you think you will be too slow.
