About This Club

Movers and Pacers is a social run crew based at Atlantic Station in Midtown Atlanta, running three times a week across Sunday mornings, Wednesday evenings, and Saturday mornings. The variety of run types, a flagship 5K, sprint workouts, and self-care runs, means you can show up once a week or make it a regular part of your training without it feeling repetitive.

Who It Suits

This club suits runners who want regular weekday and weekend options in Midtown Atlanta, and who like a social atmosphere alongside the actual running. If you want only long-distance training runs or prefer trails over pavement, the schedule and terrain here are not built for that.

What a Run With Them Is Like

The Sunday morning run is a 5K on urban streets and BeltLine segments around Atlantic Station. Wednesday evenings shift to sprint workouts, so expect something more structured and faster than the weekend outings. Saturday mornings are framed as self-care runs, which suggests a more relaxed pace. The club describes itself as inclusive and offers multiple pace options, so you are not expected to keep up with whoever is out front.

Your First Run

Before you head out, check their Instagram or Facebook, because exact meeting locations are posted there each week rather than being fixed in advance. Show up to the Atlantic Station Courtyard as your default if you cannot find the post.

They describe themselves as inclusive and run multiple paces, so arriving alone and not knowing anyone is genuinely normal here. If a 5K at your current fitness feels like a stretch, the Sunday run is still the place to start since it is a known distance and a known time.
