About the WW Military Miles 5k, 10k and Half Marathon

The course begins and ends at City Hall, with wave starts staggered to spread runners out. The event raises money for two military charities, Fisher House Foundation and WWP, and that purpose is felt throughout the morning. Age group awards are posted as results come in, so there is no standing around waiting for a ceremony.
