About the Run With The Turkeys Trot

This is a Thanksgiving morning race starting at Keller Town Hall, so the start area has a civic, neighborhood feel rather than anything stadium-scale. Strollers and leashed dogs are welcome on course, and the post-race spread is hot pancakes off the griddle, which lands well before the big meal.

Packet pickup runs on each of the several days before the race at Bear Creek Running Company, a local running store, with a final window at Town Hall on race morning. The organizers are direct about it: pick up early, because race morning moves fast and they will not hold the start for late arrivals.
