About the Two Towns Turkey Trot 2026
The race starts and finishes at a wooded reservation, where two roads meet near the edge of the mountain. The course runs a loop through the trees, and a shorter kids run follows after the main race wraps up. It is a Thanksgiving-week event put on by a local school's parent group, with prizes for top finishers.
Parking inside the reservation is tight, and the roads close shortly before the start, so the organizers suggest carpooling. Packet pickup and race-day registration happen on-site in the hour before the gun. The approach is off South Orange Avenue, up toward the mountain, with a left turn into the reservation.
