About the 1st Annual To Infinity & Beyond Halloween 5k
This is a Halloween-themed race put on by the Rockland Road Runners, with proceeds going to a memorial fund supporting children facing mental health and developmental challenges. The course is a road race, and the costume contest runs alongside it, with awards across age groups for categories like scariest, funniest, and best hair.
The morning around the start is busy in the best way: seasonal food and drinks, carnival-style entertainment, a DJ, a marching band, and a warm-up to get everyone moving before the gun. Arriving early gives you time to take it all in before the race gets going.
