About the Long Beach Leprechaun Run - Kids Dash, 1 Miler, 5k, 10K, & Half Marathon
The course runs along the waterfront in Long Beach, staying on road the whole way. It is a flat route beside the water, with several distance options so different members of a group can race the same morning. The Irish theme carries through the course itself, with themed cheer zones and hidden golden coins along the way that runners can find for prizes.
Bib pickup opens early on race morning at an on-site tent near the start, which sits at Granada Beach. Free street parking is nearby, and metered spots are also available along the area. Restrooms are close to the start line. There is food and drink at the finish, along with photo setups with pots of gold and rainbows.
