About the 2026 SeaWorld's Howl-O-Sprint 5K Run & Walk
The course runs through SeaWorld Orlando after dark, past roller coasters and through scare zones where actors stalk the route. The whole thing is designed to unsettle you while you run, with creatures and theatrical scares built into the path. It is not electronically timed, so the focus is the experience rather than the clock.
Packet pickup opens at the entrance area on race evening, and parking is included with entry. After the race, there is a post-race party with food, a bar, and live entertainment, open only to runners and ticketed spectators. Costumes are not permitted on the course.
