Park Brewing Run Club
Orlando, Florida
Welcoming brewery run club with free perks and PT-led inclusivity
About This Club
Park Brewing Run Club meets Monday evenings at Park Pizza & Brewing Co in Lake Nona, running an out-and-back around Laureate Park. It's led by Doctor Rebecca, a PT, which shapes the whole vibe toward injury prevention rather than pushing pace. It suits people who want a casual, free, weekly habit more than a training program.

Who It Suits
This works well for beginners, casual runners, and people who like the social payoff of a post-run drink more than they care about splits. It's not built for competitive racers or anyone doing serious long-distance training, and since it's a Monday evening run, it won't work for people who only run early mornings.

What a Run With Them Is Like
The route is a flat, paved out-and-back of about 5K (3.1 miles), with a shorter version available since you can turn around whenever you want. All paces are welcome, and running or walking comfortably is explicitly fine. There's a group warm-up before the 6:15 PM start.
Your First Run
Sign the waiver online before you go, then get to Park Pizza & Brewing Co by 6:00 PM for the group warm-up and photo before the 6:15 PM start.
Because it's an out-and-back, you can turn around at any point, so there's no pressure to complete the full 5K if you're not feeling it or you're new to running. Nobody's tracking who's fastest here, walking is fine, and the run ends back where you started, at the brewery, for a free beer or soft drink.

Is there actual coaching, or is it just a social run?
Doctor Rebecca, a PT, leads the club with an injury prevention focus, so there's expert input woven into the warm-up and run, not just a casual meetup.

Where this comes from: Club details come from each club’s own channels (their site, Meetup, Strava and social posts) and are checked by hand. Group runs move, so confirm the meeting spot on the club’s latest post before you head out. Last updated April 2026.
