McAllister Park hosts this race with two course options: pavement or dirt trail. The trail winds through rougher terrain with rocks and roots underfoot, while the road course runs smooth and fast. Local running groups and vendor tents fill the pavilion area after, with a charity beneficiary tied to movement and wellness work in the city.
Packet pickup runs at a local running store on Broadway in the days before the race, with an early race-morning window at the park itself. Awards go up before the morning is over, posted at the iRun tent so you can grab yours without waiting around for a ceremony.
