About the 16th Annual Día de los Muertos: 5K Run/Walk

The course runs through McAllister Park, a large wooded park on the north side of San Antonio with paved and packed paths that stay mostly flat through open green space and tree cover. The atmosphere leans into the holiday, with runners encouraged to dress in Día de los Muertos costume, and a costume contest runs alongside the race itself.

The start is at a pavilion inside the park, and the organizers plan a post-race fiesta on site, so there is reason to stick around after you finish.
