About the Run With All Your Heart 5k- Los Angeles
This is a charity run through Griffith Park, organized by medical residents and students raising money for a local pediatric cancer research project. The park setting gives it room to spread out, and the connection to a specific cause run by working physicians gives it a grounded, purposeful feel rather than a generic fun-run atmosphere.
The start area doubles as registration, so you can arrive and get sorted in the same spot. The event draws families alongside runners of all paces, and the organizing team is on-site rather than hands-off, which tends to make the morning feel personal.

The Run With All Your Heart 5k- Los Angeles has been held every year since at least 2026. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
