About the Run to Remember 5K Run/Walk
The Run to Remember is a tribute race honoring fallen and active-duty first responders, organized by a group that supports their families. The course is a standard road distance, flat enough for most paces, and the atmosphere reflects the purpose: measured, respectful, with first responder teams running together as part of the field.
Packet pickup runs the afternoon before at the organizing club's office, with race-morning check-in available for latecomers. The start area opens early for registration and check-in, with opening remarks before the gun goes off. An awards ceremony follows at the finish.
