The course starts and finishes on the boardwalk at the beach, with the ocean alongside for most of the race. The half marathon route is USATF certified, and aid stations with water and sports drink are spread across the course. Check-in and late registration happen at a pub right on Rockaway Beach Boulevard, a short walk from the boardwalk start.
