About the RUN ROCKAWAY BEACH HALF MARATHON OR 5K
The course runs along the boardwalk at Rockaway Beach, out and back along the waterfront with the ocean beside you the whole way. The half marathon does a couple of passes over the same stretch; the shorter race covers less of it. Both options share the same flat boardwalk surface and finish back where they started.
Parking is available in a lot right at the start area. Water and sports drink are set out at several points along the course. There is post-race food and drink at the finish area as well.
