About the Pound the Pavement for Peter - Family Fun Run
The course winds through the Brookhaven neighborhood on road, making it a street run rather than a trail or track experience. The race exists to raise awareness and funds for children living with disabilities and serious medical conditions, and that purpose is visible in the atmosphere. It is named for a specific child, and the people who show up tend to know that story.
Packet pickup runs the evening before the race at Capital City Club in Brookhaven, with race-morning pickup available as well for those who cannot make the earlier window.
