About the Pass to the Bay Christmas 10k
The course runs one way, starting behind a war memorial park and finishing at a Subway in Bay St. Louis. Heading toward the bay rather than looping back gives it a different feel from most local road races, and the route is USATF certified along the coast corridor between the two towns.
The finish-line spread is worth sticking around for: sandwiches, fruit, donuts, beer, and cold drinks, all with Christmas music in the background. Because the course is point-to-point, carpooling is how most people get back to the start, so coordinate with whoever came with you before race morning.
