About the Bay Saint Louis Run+SUP
The course runs out and back along the beach sidewalk, then transitions directly to a stand-up paddleboard leg that heads out parallel to the shoreline before looping back. You can race solo, doing both the run and the paddle yourself, or split duties with a partner on a relay team. Boards are not provided, but a local rental shop will arrange delivery to the start.
Packet pickup the evening before is at a beer garden on Blaize Avenue, with a second window on race morning at the Washington Street Pavilion start line. Post-race, there are snowballs, food, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks at the finish, with a DJ running beach-friendly music through the whole morning.
