About the Ole Ole 5K - Orlando
This is a themed sunset run built around Día de los Muertos and Fiesta visuals. The start and finish line is a giant decorative candy skull structure, so you pass through it twice and it reads as a landmark even from a distance. The course runs at dusk, which gives the whole thing a different feel than a morning road race.
The post-race area is the main draw after you cross. Tacos and margaritas are set up for finishers, and there is a costume contest with prizes. The atmosphere after the race runs longer than most, with entertainment on site.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2026 results, this is a decent-sized field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The Ole Ole 5K - Orlando has been held every year since at least 2023. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
