What do these races cost, and will the price go up if I wait?
Entry is $30 across all 40 races here - there is no price spread to navigate. None of the races have a scheduled price increase on the books, so registering early or late makes no difference to what you pay.
Do these races give out shirts?
All 40 races say they include a shirt with entry. None have announced a finisher's medal, though silence on medals is not the same as a definite no - some races simply do not publish that detail in advance.
When are most of these races? I need one that fits my training block.
Fall is the busiest stretch, with 16 races running September through November - which lines up well with how the city's own running culture builds toward the season. Winter carries 14 races from December through February, and summer brings 10 from June through August. January is the single busiest month with 6 races, while February is the quietest with 2.
I am thinking about my first half marathon. Is this a reasonable place to try one?
Every race here offers the 5K, 10K, and half marathon on the same day, alongside a 1 Mile option, so you can pick your distance on the day without committing to 13.1 from the start.
That flexibility is genuine - the 5K gets you a race experience and a shirt for the same $30, with no pressure to go longer until you are ready. No finish-time figures are available for these races, so we cannot tell you where you would land in the field.
These race names are food-themed and a bit unusual. What are they actually like?
The roster here is built around themed events - coffee lovers, donuts, bagels, peanut butter and jelly, chocolate, sloths - run by organizers who put the same multi-distance format and $30 entry fee across every event.
They are designed to be approachable and a little playful, which can make them a lower-stakes entry point than a more traditional race. None have published finish-time results, so the competitive picture is unknown, but the consistent structure makes it easy to know what you are signing up for.
