The race runs through Montbello, a northeast Denver neighborhood, and the course is designed to be accessible to most paces. The surrounding area has a residential feel, and the route keeps you close to the community rather than out on a trail somewhere removed from it.
After finishing, the race rolls into a larger street festival with food trucks on site. Top finishers get gift cards. The post-race scene is the draw here as much as the run itself.
