About the Mighty Hero Homes 5K and Fun Run

The route passes through a pair of lakeside residential communities, a neighborhood stretch that feels more like a morning run with locals than a road race. It is USATF certified and qualifies for the Peachtree Road Race, so it is measured and taken seriously. The race benefits Mighty Hero Homes, which works to end veteran homelessness, and each edition is dedicated to a specific veteran.
