About the Labor Day 5K
The course runs out and back around Lake Baldwin, keeping the water in view the whole way. Trees line the route and shade most of it, which matters on a Labor Day morning in Orlando. Harbor Park serves as the start and finish, so you come back to the same spot where you left your bag and found your corral.
Timing is chip-based, and results post live as runners cross the finish line. Each participant also gets an individual results page with a pace breakdown and a short video clip of their finish. Awards go to top finishers across a range of age groups, with separate categories for men and women.
