About the La Llorona 10K Trail Run
McAllister Park's trails are the setting here, with cactus-lined paths winding through brushy terrain. Deer and armadillos are common enough that spotting one mid-run is not a surprise. The course suits someone coming over from road running, with enough natural scenery to make the effort feel worthwhile without throwing you onto anything technical or relentless.
