About the Jingle All The Way 5k

The course runs through a college campus and out onto a Spanish moss-lined trail, passing through an artistic tunnel along the way. The terrain is mixed, so expect some variety underfoot rather than a straight road surface. It is a fundraiser for physical therapist assistant students, which shapes the atmosphere: the crowd skews toward supporters of the program as much as competitive runners.

The race starts in front of a campus building near a large flagpole. Hot chocolate and treats are set out after the finish, and awards go to the top overall finishers in each gender as well as a best-dressed category, so holiday costumes are worth considering.
